30 Styles in 30 Days - 1 week review

The first week of this 30 Styles in 30 Days Challenge was truly a test. I am not used to doing my hair a different way everyday. Most days I don't even touch it. Coming up with different looks each day that are quick to do was stressful at first but as the week progressed I was able to think of styles faster and get them done quicker.

So far this challenge is helping me brush up on my last minute hairstyling skills. This is definitely something I needed because it has been too many times when I have left the house looking a mess because I was invited to an event at the last minute.

I've also learned that I do not enjoy styling straight hair like I used to. It so much easier to just wrap it and let it hang daily. I could do a few different looks if I used more heat. But I decided that I didn't want to use anymore heat on my hair after getting it flat ironed. I think the hair dryer and the flat iron were enough heat for me. I don't want to lose the progress that I have made thus far.

1 week down....3 more to go.
