My hair for Sunday was so easy it felt strange. It's been a while since I straighten my hair. This silk press is nice. I like it more and more each day. The night time maintenance is easy: I apply jojoba oil to my ends, wrap, tie on a du-rag and call it night. In the morning I comb my hair down and go on my way. It's a nice break but I do miss my big fluffy hair.

Sunday's Message
Visions On A Mountain TopMatthew 17:1-5
Sometimes our vision gets distorted and we are focusing on worldly stuff instead of the word of God. In the text we know that there are 12 disciples but we read that not all were taken to the mountain top to see the vision. Jesus does not take everyone up to the mountain top (and some folks are bothered by that).
Mountain Top Moments
• To have a mountain top moment with Jesus you must have intimacy with Jesus. If you want to be intimate with the Lord you have to call him up at times other than when you need him to so something for you.
• Once you have your mountain top moment, you can't stay there. There is work to do in the valley. The same God will be with you in valley just as he was on the mountain top.
• A mountain top moment is designed to cause you to see Jesus clearer and to follow him. In the end, they saw no one but Jesus (v8).

ReplyDeleteSo true!. We can't have a mountain top moment unless we have a relationship with God. Thanks for sharing and your hair is gorgeous. How do you moisturize it?
