You Asked, I Answered

You Asked:
Hello
I saw soem of your videos on Youtube!!!! I have a question.

I done my hair in Bantu knots... my hair is comes to the middle of my back..... I left them on over night to dry... I took them out (they are soooo cute).

They are drawed up of course.. but i wanted to know when they are going to fall adn be lengthy?
Can you help....

I Answered:
The way your hair falls depends on the length and the method used to style. Longer hair is heavier so it usually falls more than shorter hair. Note, I said "usually" because if you have a tighter curl then your length may not fall as much as the next person. Also, if you style on wet/damp hair more styles that you create will have some shrinkage. If you want more length with the style try setting the knots on hair that barely damp. The stretching will help you with the appearance of more length.

I have received a TON of questions about how I straighten my hair this last time around.

I Answered:
How did I straighten my hair? I DIDN'T, well my hands hands didn't do all this work. I went and had my hair professionally straightened. The method used was called a silk press. You can see the details of my salon visit and more about the silk press here. (I don't have any current plans to make a flat ironing tutorial because of the hateful messages I see left on other flat ironing tutorials. IF I do choose to make one it will be private, the link will be provided to my blog readers, and only my YT channel subscribers will be able to comment.)
