- Put down the video games and pick up a bicycle
- Take walks as a family
- Encourage your children to get involved in sports and other physical activities
- Assigned chores that promote physical activity (i.e. yard-work, washing cars, vacuuming)
- Serve healthy snacks to promote good eating habits early in life
- BE THE EXAMPLE!
