Tomato, basil, and olive bruschetta

credit
Eden's forbidden fruit should have been the tomato. This nightshade fruit was once forbidden and is believed to be an aphrodisiac of seduction. Pommes d'amour (apples of love) what the French nicknamed the tomato. Its reputation as a potent sexual stimulant is worth testing. Eat this and there's no need for a cigarette afterwords.
Ingredients:
1 loaf of French or Italian bread sliced into 1/2inch thick slices.
1 heirloom tomato of choice. Brandy wine is a good choice because of the size and it can handle the job
1 garlic clove
Olive oil (cold pressed)
Whole pitted olives (as many as you like). Black olives are known to increase sex drive in women and Green olives make men more virile.
3 or more Fresh Basil leaves. Basil stimulates bloodflow, relieves fatigue, and awakens the senses
Pink sea salt or kosher salt (season to taste). Sea salts have the same level of sodium as table salt but it retains more nutrients the body needs.
Make it happen:
Slice bread and toast it on a cookie sheet under the broiler or place your slices in the toaster until crispy. Rub your toasted bread with the garlic clove and place on a plate to the side. Wash and dry your tomato. Chop the tomato and olives into desired size chunks. In a medium size bowl drizzle a 1-2 count worth of oil in the bowl. What I mean by 1-2 count...as you pour the oil count and pour. Ex. 1(pour oil stop) 2(pour oil stop). Mix your chopped tomato, olives, and then hand tear your basil to add in the bowl. Toss with a spoon and season with salt to taste. Spoon mixture on toasted bread and enjoy!
