After washing and conditioning my hair I started styling. Two hours later....the picture below shows my attempt to recreate the look from Pinterest. The most time consuming portion of the style was making sure that my parts were straight and uniform on both sides. Once that was achieved I started first with flat twisting the sides. The remaining loose hair was simply two strand twists. This style was easy to do, easy to sleep in, and great for daily moisturizing.
After wearing this style for 4 days it started to get more frizzy than I liked, but I stuck it out for two more days. I initially did the style late on a Saturday night and I did not take it down until the next Saturday afternoon. That's almost a full week - really close. When preparing to take the style down, I had a thought...this would stay neat a little longer if it was braided up instead of twisted. Maybe I will do that next.
