REGIMEN
A Basic Outline
Spring/Summer
Daily
Moisturize (ends of hair if they are exposed & feel dry)
Weekly
Pre-poo (oils)
Shampoo
Deep condition (moisturizing conditioner)
Protective styles M-F, hair out only on weekends
Moisturize and Seal when needed
Monthly
Deep condition with a protein conditioner
Fall/Winter
Daily
Moisturize (ends of hair if they are exposed)
Weekly
Pre-poo (moisturizing conditioner, not oil)
Co-wash
Seal in moisture (heavy creams and butters)
Style in protective styles M-F, let hair relax/recoup on the weekend, never let hair brush/rest against rough clothing
Monthly
Pre-poo with oils
Shampoo (clarifying)
Condition
Yearly
Henna
(once during Spring, once during Fall)
